WHEN DO ORDERS SHIP?
Most in-stock orders placed Monday through Friday before noon CST will ship the same day. Standard time for shipping via FedEx Ground service is 2-8 business days for delivery, depending on final destination. Please see the transit time below for more detailed information about your specific location.
WHO WILL BE DELIVERING MY ORDER?
Most orders are shipped via US Postal Service (USPS) and FedEx. Please call us at (346) 352-4137 if you have a special request for alternative shipping.
WHEN WILL I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
Once your order has been picked up from our warehouse in Houston, TX, we will send a shipment confirmation with US Postal Service (USPS) and FedEx tracking number to the email address that you provided during checkout.
HOW CAN I GET MY TRACKING NUMBER?
Once your order has shipped, SaltWonders will email you a shipment confirmation with a tracking number. If for some reason you don’t receive this email, you may check your order status and find tracking information by logging into your account. If you checked out as a guest and did not create an account, tracking information will not be available on our site. Please contact our customer service team for more assistance.
DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY DELIVERY?
does not require a signature upon delivery for US Postal Service (USPS) and FedEx small package deliveries. However, per FedEx policy, it is up to the driver’s discretion whether or not they feel there is a safe place to leave the package. In the event that the driver does not feel comfortable leaving your package unattended, FexEx will leave a delivery notification on your front door with additional information to complete your delivery. If you will not be available for the next delivery attempt, please contact SaltWonders customer service at (346) 352-4137 or send us an email at email@example.com.
MY ORDER SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED BUT IT'S NOT HERE?
US Postal Service (USPS) and FedEx will do their best to leave your package in a secure location; often this is not the most obvious location. Please double check that your package wasn’t tucked behind a corner, set beside the garage, or hidden behind a planter. If after checking you are still unable to locate your package, please call our customer service team at (346) 352-4137 for assistance.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
Most orders are packed and shipped from our facility in Houston, TX within 1-2 business days. (Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.) Delivery to your location depends on how far the items are being shipped and the type of shipping service you select. Besides standard US Postal Service (USPS) and FedEx ground shipping, we also offer FedEx Next Day Air, 2 Day Air and 3 Day.
Estimated time to deliver the package is showing below. Package delivery time Include a possible 24-48 hour processing time, most orders will arrive at your doorstep within 5-6 business days from order placement. See below for general delivery times:
From Texas to western states (West of Texas) - 4 to 6 days
From Texas to middle states ( Central State around Texas) - 3 to 4 days
From Texas to eastern states (east of Texas) - 4 to 6 days
* Please note: SaltWonders is not responsible for undeliverable packages. If FedEx has attempted delivery 3 times according to their policies and they are unable to deliver to the shipping address given, FedEx will automatically redirect the package back to the SaltWonders warehouse. The customer will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred during this process. WHAT DO I DO IF I NEED TO CHANGE/UPDATE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?
Time is of the essence! We will do everything in our power to accommodate you, however once an order has been packed we are unable to make any changes or updates to the address. We can help you make the changes needed with FedEx directly, but please note that there will be additional fees charged by FedEx. HOW ARE SHIPPING CHARGES CALCULATED?
We use FedEx software to calculate shipping charges based on the total weight of the package, its destination zip code and the shipping method you choose.
WHY DO YOU NEED MY CONTACT NUMBER AND EMAIL ADDRESS?
We need accurate and current contact information on file so that either a SaltWonders team member or FedEx can contact you in the rare event that there’s an issue with your order or delivery. We send both your order confirmation/receipt and tracking information to the email address provided. Your information will never be sold or shared with any third parties.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We can offer international shipping. Quotes are provided on a case-by-case basis. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your international inquiries.
HOW ABOUT SHIPPING TO CANADA?
Charges for transit to Canada are based on the weight of your package, final destination and shipping method, and will be calculated during the standard checkout process. Please note that customs, duties, taxes, and other import fees will be imposed on shipments and collected by UPS as a separate charge to you. You will be responsible for these fees and orders that are not delivered because of a refusal to pay these fees will not receive a refund from SaltWonders. Questions about these fees should be directed to UPS at (800) PICK-UPS prior to ordering. Finalizing and submitting your order indicates you accept any and all duties and taxes. All orders are in US Dollars (USD).
Free Shipping Promotion
IS SALTWONDRS SHIPPING REALLY FREE?
SaltWonders offers free shipping on different occasions throughout the year. Free shipping may not always be available and is subject to change at any time. During free shipping promotions, the offer is valid on qualifying orders placed online and shipped via US Postal Service (USPS) and FedEx Ground shipping anywhere in the contiguous United States. Free shipping is not available for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and protectorates (such as Puerto Rico) and international destinations. WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO GET FREE SHIPPING?
When the promotion is available, free shipping is automatically calculated at checkout. There’s no promotion code required. Please remember that free shipping is not available for expedited services, such as FedEx Next Day Air.

WHAT DOES NOT QUALIFY?
Orders with additional discounts applied may not qualify. Weight and volume restrictions may also apply.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT FOR EGIFT CARD PURCHASES?
If you place your order with SaltWorks over the phone, we can accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. If you order online, all these major credit cards are accepted or you can use your PayPal account.
HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?
We are sure you will love your Himalayan salt. However, if you would like to return an unopened product, please contact a customer service team member toll-free at (346) 352-4137 within 30 days of receiving your order. We cannot accept products that have been opened or used. If your return is approved, it will be issued a return merchandise authorization number (RMA). Please clearly label the outside of the return shipping box with the RMA number provided. Please note: you will be responsible for all shipping charges to send the product back to our warehouse in Texas State. MY PRODUCT ARRIVED DAMAGED, WHAT DO I DO?
Though we take great care in packing each order, damage does occasionally occur in shipping. Please report any damage immediately to our customer service team at (346) 352-4137.
I RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT?

WHAT HAPPENS IF I REFUSE A SHIPMENT?
Shipments that are refused by the customer will be issued a refund for the amount paid for the items on the order, minus any shipping costs paid by the customer and/or SaltWonders. These fees may include, but are not limited to, any costs incurred to send the order to the customer and the costs for FedEx to return the shipment back to SaltWonders. Please note: Refunds will only be issued after refused shipment arrives back at SaltWonders. If the total shipping costs incurred by SaltWonders are greater than the amount paid for the product(s), you will not receive a refund.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) for orders placed online and over the phone. For online orders, we also accept PayPal.
